NEW WORK NOW AVAILABLE
Many of the pieces in Ruth's recent series of work feature the causeway that links Cramond foreshore to Cramond Island at low tide. This is a walk that she often took with her dog and where she finds inspiration in the impact the changing weather has on the landscape. Ruth also collects items from the beach which influence the colours and textures you will find in her work, you can see more of this in the photos and video below.

There has been considerable interest in Ruth's most recent work, not least because visitors to the gallery can see her at work creating new pieces in her studio on the lower ground floor.
