I had such a joyful time painting this piece, it seemed to grow and develop and come together so effortlessly after a couple of awkward paintings. I had fun and experimented and followed by instinct which in turn rewarded me with a few delightful surprises and an understanding that if I let go and believe I can produce more paintings I can be truly proud of I will, time and time again.
