This is one of my favourite places to walk my dog when the tide is out at the right time of day. Cramond Island is situated just off the coast of Edinburgh, in the Firth of Forth, next to where I live and work in Cramond Village and is accessible by a walkway at low tide.
You'll see it appear in many different forms in many of my paintings.
I've used layers of acrylic paint, oil pastels, coloured pencils and ink to create a complex range of colours and textures.
It is an abstract mixed media painting is on acid free acrylic paper and measures 30cm x 30cm
This piece is unframed but it will come appropriately packaged and in a cellophane wrap for protection in transit.
